- Product Condition: Returns are only possible if the product is unopened. As we deal with food and human consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
- Return Shipping Cost: The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see point 5).
- Refund Options: In the case of a return, the customer can choose between a full refund to the original payment method or a gift card of the same value.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Puresuppl.shop will cover the return costs and issue a return label. Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed once the product has been returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after our inspection is complete.
- Lost Shipments: In case of lost shipments, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service if you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information.
- Pack the unopened product securely to ensure it’s not damaged during transit.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Keep the tracking number for your records.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
- International returns are subject to the same policy. However, please note that international shipping costs for returns are also the customer’s responsibility.
- Promotional items or free gifts must be returned along with the qualifying items that earned them.
