SHIPPING
- We deliver only to countries within the European Union and the UK.
- Free delivery is available for orders over €99; otherwise, a delivery fee of €8 applies.
- Delivery takes 2-3 business days.
- Products are not subject to customs duties or taxes.
- Depending on the product and the customer’s destination, we may ship from different warehouses within the EU or the UK.
- A single order containing multiple products may be delivered via separate shipments. The customer will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 14 business days.
- The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.
- In the case of a return, the customer can choose between a full refund to the original payment method or a gift card of the same value.
- Returns are only possible if the product is unopened. As we deal with food and human consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
- If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Puresuppl.shop will cover the return costs and issue a return label.
- Refunds are processed once the product has been returned and inspected by our team.
- In case of lost shipments, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
