2.2. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

2.3. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and to notify you accordingly.

2.4. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate may vary depending on your country of residence.

2.5. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1. By placing an order on puresuppl.shop, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. The contract between you and PURE SUPPLY LTD is formed only upon our written confirmation of dispatch.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website.

3.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4.2. All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

4.3. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

4.4. In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be processed until valid payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We deliver to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

5.2. Shipping is free on orders over €99. A flat shipping fee of €8 applies to orders below this threshold.

5.3. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

5.4. We ship from warehouses within the EU and/or UK. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels; you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

5.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.

5.6. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost after an investigation is completed.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. You may return eligible products within 30 dagen vanaf de datum van levering.

6.2. Returns are accepted only for new, unused, and unopened items with original packaging and seals intact. Due to the nature of food and human-consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items.

6.3. Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, in which case we will cover the cost and provide return instructions.

6.4. No restocking fee is charged.

6.5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method, or as a gift card of equal value if preferred.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

7.1. If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at info@puresuppl.shop before the 14-day period expires.

7.3. This right does not apply to goods that have been opened or whose seal has been broken after delivery, due to hygiene or health protection reasons.

7.4. Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1. All products comply with applicable EU and UK regulations for food supplements at the time of sale.

8.2. We do not accept liability for adverse effects resulting from misuse, overdose, or use contrary to product instructions.

8.3. Our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the products in that order.

8.4. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased.

8.5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
