We deliver to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Free shipping is available for orders over €99; otherwise, a €8 shipping fee applies.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service).
We ship from warehouses located within the EU and/or the UK depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels; you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

You may return eligible products within 30 jours from the delivery date.
Condition of products: returns are accepted only for new items (unused and unopened, with original seals/packaging intact, where applicable).
Return method: returns must be sent by post to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Return shipping label: the return label/shipping arrangement is the customer’s responsibility (we do not provide a return label for standard returns).
If the product arrives damaged ou incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label or equivalent instructions
Restocking fees: no restocking fee is charged.
Refund processing time: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 7 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless you choose a gift card of the same value.
Important: due to the nature of food and human-consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items.
