You will receive your order within 3-5 days after payment. We have 4 warehouses across the European Union and the UK, and we ship products from the warehouse closest to the delivery address.

In some cases, you may receive two separate shipments for the same order.

Once we ship your product, you will receive the tracking codes. We recommend monitoring your order’s tracking codes to follow and customize your delivery directly with the courier.

Depending on your delivery address, we ship from various warehouses in the EU or the UK. Therefore, your order will never be subject to customs, which could hold up the product, and you won’t have to pay any extra duty fees. Currently, we only offer shipping for deliveries within the EU or the UK.

We accept returns within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Please note that, as we sell supplements and products for human consumption, you cannot return an opened product.
