SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver only to countries within the European Union and the UK.
Free delivery is available for orders over €99; otherwise, a delivery fee of €8 applies.
Delivery takes 2-3 business days.
Products are not subject to customs duties or taxes.
Depending on the product and the customer’s destination, we may ship from different warehouses within the EU or the UK.
A single order containing multiple products may be delivered via separate shipments. The customer will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

Returns are accepted within 30 business days.
The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.
In the case of a return, the customer can choose between a full refund to the original payment method or a gift card of the same value.
Returns are only possible if the product is unopened. As we deal with food and human consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Puresuppl.shop will cover the return costs and issue a return label.
Refunds are processed once the product has been returned and inspected by our team.
In case of lost shipments, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
